Guangzhou to boost local floral industry

The lotus flowers in Guangzhou's Yuexiu Park enter the blooming season.
A three-year action plan for the high-quality development of the floral industry has been recently released by Guangzhou, the City of Flowers, aiming to achieve an output value of 40 billion yuan in the whole floral industry chain.
Tourists take a small tour train to enjoy lotus flowers in Hongshan village, Huadu district, Guangzhou.
According to the action plan, a four-season flower viewing guide and a flower map of the city will be launched, and quality flower viewing routes as well as famous flower appreciation tour brands will be created.
