"Where the Peach Blossoms are in Full Bloom: Nyingchi photography exhibition" kicked off at the Guangzhou Museum of Art on March 3 and will last until March 17, 2022.

Nyingchi is a picturesque prefecture-level city in China's Tibet Autonomous Region. With a vast number of peach trees, mostly wild, across its mountainous terrain, Nyingchi has held a Peach Blossom Festival annually since 2002, which has become one of the most important tourist events for the area.
Now people in Guangzhou can get a glimpse of Nyingchi's rosy peach blossoms in this exhibition. Through 110 photos, the exhibition showcases the pastoral scenery, natural resources, as well as local customs and culture of this city.
Opening hours: 9:00-17:00, until March 17, 2022, closed on Mondays

According to the province's culture and tourism department, Guangdong has been implementing a pairing-up support program in Tibet for poverty alleviation since 1994, and has started cultural tourism exchange projects to provide the service of Guangdong Museum for Nyingchi since 2020. This exhibition aims to improve the cultural exchange and communication between Guangdong and Tibet. The exhibition was co-organized by Guangdong Museum, several cultural tourism departments of Nyingchi, and Guangzhou Museum of Art.
